Bars and Clubs Design and Layout

We design all aspects of hospitality.

Concept

What makes our bar and club projects unique?

  • Above all, we create them at the intersection of strategy, design, and emotion—as the result of collaboration between the investor, designer, and operational manager. It is precisely by combining these perspectives that we craft spaces that not only attract people but also generate revenue and provide a well-thought-out environment for doing business.
  • We design on multiple levels—merging technical, artistic, and marketing expertise to create spaces that engage the senses and leave a lasting impression. Every element—from the functional layout to lighting and acoustics—carries the brand’s identity. We call this approach Space Branding, and we apply it to every project, from exclusive cocktail bars to music clubs and beach bars.

Interior Design

  • We start by understanding your vision—analyzing your client profile, the character of the venue, desired functions, and musical style. Depending on your needs, we either audit the existing space or design it from scratch, ensuring smooth circulation, ergonomics, and scenarios for evening use.
  • We create a cohesive concept for the space—both functional and immersive. We design a logical division into zones: bar areas, dance floors, VIP sections, chill-out zones, sanitary facilities, and back-of-house areas. We select durable materials that are acoustically considered and resistant to heavy use, combining aesthetics with functionality.
  • We craft the atmosphere through lighting, sound, color, and texture. We ensure visual identity within the interior—from branded details to signage—so that every element communicates the venue’s mood and character.
  • We collaborate with specialists and provide author supervision during execution. Our support continues even after opening, helping develop the venue and implement changes that respond to market needs.

Investment Success

  • We design bars and clubs that create memorable experiences. Our spaces are crafted with guests’ emotions in mind—places people return to and talk about.
  • Functionality, smooth service flow, and a memorable atmosphere directly impact guest satisfaction, length of stay, and average spend.
  • We design with flexibility in mind, allowing your space to easily adapt to events, seasonal changes, or shifts in program strategy. We integrate technologies that enhance management efficiency—from lighting and sound systems to AV solutions, digital signage, and modern POS systems.
  • We ensure that your venue is not only visually striking but also business-effective.

Design Process

We tailor the project scope to the needs of the investment.

1.

1. Consultations and Space Analysis

We start with a meeting to understand your vision, business goals, target audience, and branding objectives. We discuss usage scenarios, planned music program, guest profile, and communication style to ensure the interior genuinely supports the function, atmosphere, and uniqueness of the venue.

2.

2. Conceptual Interior Design

We begin with a meeting to understand your vision, business goals, target audience, and branding objectives. We discuss usage scenarios, the planned music program, guest profile, and communication style to ensure the interior genuinely supports the venue’s function, atmosphere, and uniqueness. The project is also adapted for collaboration with an alcohol brand.

3.

3. Technical Design for Hospitality Spaces

We develop complete documentation—including sanitary, electrical, HVAC systems, acoustics, and lighting and sound plans. We ensure compliance with fire, health, and industry regulations, while designing the interior in line with ergonomic principles and smooth service flow and guest circulation.

4.

4. Execution Design and Author Supervision

We create detailed construction drawings, custom furniture and bar designs, and material and equipment schedules. We oversee the execution, provide author supervision, support contractors, and ensure the final result fully reflects the concept—both visually and functionally.
