We design all aspects of hospitality.
Concept
Designing chain locations involves balancing standardization, operational efficiency, and brand identity. Our projects are developed in close collaboration with the investor, operations manager, and the team responsible for network development—creating a spatial model that can be effectively implemented across multiple locations while maintaining consistency and a high-quality customer experience.
We design on multiple levels, combining design, technical, and marketing expertise. The result is spaces that reflect the brand’s DNA, support sales, and are ready for rapid rollout.
Interior Design
We start by analyzing the brand’s network development strategy, target audience, product offerings, and the locations where the brand plans to operate. Depending on the stage of development, we either create a flagship concept from scratch or adapt an existing design for new locations—always taking local technical and commercial conditions into account.
We design cohesive, functional, and easily implementable interiors, considering customer zones, product display, staff ergonomics, and branding elements. We select durable, low-maintenance materials that can withstand heavy use. Together with the client, we develop construction standards, equipment lists, and branding and technical guidelines that enable effective brand expansion at scale.
We also focus on the brand’s image—the interior becomes a carrier of brand identity. We design visual communication elements, signage, menu style, POS materials, and details that ensure consistency and memorability of the brand across every location.
Investment Success
Our projects are designed with scalability in mind. We create layouts so that each new location can be opened faster, more cost-effectively, and without compromising quality—regardless of the implementation site. A well-designed chain space increases operational efficiency, simplifies recruitment and team onboarding, and builds strong customer loyalty.
We ensure logical guest flow, clear product presentation, and layout alignment with the service model (on-site, takeaway, delivery, or drive-thru). Our solutions support conversion, guest turnover, and higher average receipts. We design flexibly, allowing concepts to be easily adapted to different sizes and types of locations—shopping malls, retail parks, high streets, food courts, or fuel stations.
We also integrate modern technologies—from self-service ordering systems and digital signage to smart space management systems that enhance control and optimize costs.
Design Process
We tailor the project scope to the needs of the investment.
1. Consultations and Requirements Analysis
We begin with a discussion about the network development strategy, offerings, target customers, and expectations regarding the venue’s appearance and functionality. We analyze previous implementations (if any), potential locations, and budget assumptions. We define the scope of standardization and identify areas where the design can be adapted to local conditions.
Conceptual Interior Design
We create a flagship or master concept—a model design for a chain location with zoned areas, a logical functional layout, and a complete visual concept. We select materials, develop mood boards, prepare visualizations, and define interior branding elements. This stage forms the foundation for the development of additional locations.
3. Technical Design
We develop comprehensive technical documentation—including installations, HVAC, ventilation, ergonomics, and compliance with sanitary and fire regulations. We create guideline packages for additional locations (construction standards, material lists, FF&E). The design is prepared for quick adaptation and easy implementation across different conditions.
4. Execution Design and Author Supervision
We provide detailed construction drawings, custom furniture and counter designs, signage, and decorative elements. We conduct author supervision, support contractors and implementation teams, and can also participate in rollouts, consult on new locations, and update the design in response to the network’s evolving needs.
