1. Consultations and Requirements Analysis
The design process begins with a meeting with the investor and a thorough analysis of the entire food hall concept. We consider the location, the profile of the planned food outlets, operational requirements, business model, and the target audience’s expectations. We also discuss tenant requirements, strategies for managing shared spaces, and potential usage scenarios, ensuring that the interior design supports not only overall cohesion but also the flexibility and operational efficiency of each operator.
2. Conceptual Design of the Food Hall Space
We create a comprehensive and engaging spatial concept—developing a logical and ergonomic functional layout with designated zones for customers, food outlets, bars, common areas, sanitary and technical facilities, and circulation paths. We prepare mood boards, select finishing materials, plan the space’s atmosphere, and produce initial visualizations that convey the character and mood of the venue.
3. Technical Design for Hospitality Spaces
At the technical stage, we prepare detailed documentation necessary for project execution—including sanitary, electrical, and ventilation systems, as well as compliance with sanitary, fire, and industry regulations. We design the space according to principles of ergonomics, delivery logistics, guest and waste flow, ensuring both user comfort and the functionality of daily operations.
4. Execution Design and Author Supervision
We develop detailed construction drawings, custom fixtures, counters, and furniture designs, along with complete material and equipment schedules.
