1. Consultations and Assumption Analysis

We begin the design process with a meeting with the investor and a detailed analysis of functional and brand-related assumptions. We take into account the specifics of the industry, the character of the brand, the organization’s work model, as well as the needs of users — both clients (in the case of showrooms) and employees (in the case of offices). We discuss expectations for the space, potential usage scenarios, the brand’s communication style, and intended functions, ensuring that the interior design supports operational efficiency, user well-being, and a cohesive visual message.

Conceptual Design of Showroom or Office Space

At this stage, we develop a comprehensive spatial concept — designing an ergonomic and logical functional layout with clearly defined zones: reception, workstations, meeting rooms, presentation areas, chillout zones, kitchen, and storage. We select finishing materials, create mood boards, and define the interior style and overall atmosphere. We prepare visualizations that convey the space’s mood and support the creation of a cohesive brand identity.

3. Technical Design for Hospitality Spaces

As part of the technical design, we prepare complete documentation necessary for project execution — covering the layout of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, AV, and lighting systems. We design the space in accordance with regulations, industry standards, and principles of ergonomics and acoustics. We ensure comfortable working conditions, logical user flow, efficient internal communication, and the functional usability of the space on a daily basis.

4. Detailed Design and Author’s Supervision

We develop detailed construction drawings, custom furniture and joinery designs, as well as schedules of materials and equipment. We provide author’s supervision and actively support contractors on-site — ensuring that the final result fully reflects the original design intentions.
