The task before us involved adapting an existing office building into an intimate boutique hotel. Our goal was to create warm and atmospheric interiors for guests traveling through Lublin and its surrounding areas in southern Poland. The investors wanted to create interiors distinguished by good design, which would serve as an additional attraction for potential guests.

The hotel interiors were designed in a limited color palette consisting of black and browns, creating an elegant and tranquil ambiance. The corridors feature black slatted coverings on the walls, and their repetitive pattern is broken by randomly placed spherical lamps near the ceiling. The rooms will be finished to provide comfort and convenience for guests. Brown veneered finishes and gray washed walls will prevail in the rooms. Special abstract paintings and chairs and armchairs in intense colors will serve as distinctive accents.

The en-suite bathrooms will have a neutral color scheme. The wall separating the bedroom from the bathroom will be finished with luxfers, creating an interesting visual effect.

The project also includes a restaurant that will serve local and international cuisine. Locally sourced ingredients will be used in the restaurant, allowing guests to taste authentic and exceptional dishes. High-quality materials such as stone, wood, and brick cladding will be utilized here as well.

The boutique hotel near Lublin will be an ideal place for those seeking a peaceful and atmospheric retreat where they can relax and savor local cuisine.
