Sushi Zushi is a network of restaurants serving authentic Japanese sushi made of highest quality products. The restaurants are situated in Warsaw and in Tel Aviv.

The one in the district of Sadyba was the first to be designed by our office and thus it established the style for the other places, among them the Israeli one (also designed by us).

The interior combines raw minimalist elements – like concrete slabs and an unworked wall made of reinforced concrete – with cosy ones like open-work wooden panels and comfy loges upholstered with grey fabric. To ensure intimacy and privacy, the couches were separated with welded partitions, painted white and filled with wired glass to let light through.

The spirit of traditional Japanese wooden architecture was mirrored in the already mentioned panels, the motif thereof being repeated on the ceiling, on one of the walls, and also as the bar installation.

A key element and one of the elements characteristic of the network is the green wall above the loges. Other characteristic elements are concrete cast lamps and a neon above the bar, as well as a warm neon saying “na zdrowie” (‘cheers!’).
